No formal diagnosis is required. Many clients come to coaching with a diagnosis, some suspect they have ADHD but haven’t been evaluated, and others simply recognize patterns they want support with. Wherever you’re starting from, we can build a plan that fits.
ADHD coaching is action-oriented and forward-focused. Instead of processing the past, we work together on building practical systems, routines, and strategies for the challenges you’re facing right now. Coaching is not therapy and isn’t a replacement for mental health treatment, but it pairs well with it.
I work with students, adults, working professionals, and parents navigating ADHD and executive function challenges. Whether you’re managing school, a career, or supporting a child at home, we’ll build strategies tailored to your specific situation.
